Want to say a big thank you to the vets and team at VES. They showed exceptional professionalism and were accurate in diagnosing the cause of my dog's symptoms, and administering the necessary treatments. They did not arrange any other scans except what was really necessary, and gave clear explanation of what to expect at every step of the process. Our dog is now well on the road to recovery and I can only say, I wished I found you guys earlier! THANK YOU SO MUCH.

My dog Tomo was suffering in pain when his chronic kidney disease turned acute. Our heartfelt thanks to Dr Jiaqi Sng and Dr Stephanie Cheung for helping to lessen Tomo's pain till his last breathe. That correspondingly reduced our anguish. Dr Sng was the doctor who examined Tomo when we brought him in. Dr Sng was very comprehensive in her explanation of Tomo's condition and what could be done for him. Dr Cheung provided a very clear and detailed summary of the findings from the tests done and the next course of actions. Both doctors patiently answered our questions which weren't few. They were never condescending in the discussions. Kudos to VES for having fine vets like Dr Sng and Dr Cheung.

Sent in my cat, Toothless, due to pyometra & the nurses attended to her quickly. Prompt responses & decisions, my furbaby was treated fast. Even though didn’t get a call update after surgery, they emailed and gave an update which is understandable cos of the high caseload of emergencies. Special shout-out to Reggie & Shimin for taking care of Toothless and also the other nurses who were involved in Toothless’s case. She wouldn’t make it if it’s not for the team at VES Whitley.
