Hassle-free in every way. Beats going to usual vet clinics. Ample parking and quiet. The clinic was very clean. Dr Neo was so good with the birds. She explained everything we needed to know in a nice and polite way. Great find for me.
Always a plesant experience with the TP Vet Team. Dr. Ng was very patience with my 2 dogs to help calm them down before examining for their annual health check and vaccination. The team who handled my dog's first hydrotherapy session was very patience with my dog's anxiety in coaxing him to get into hydro treadmill. Thanks to Ms Annie & her team.
The vet was very loving and patient towards my dog who hasnt been to a vet in awhile. Took time to understand and explain thoroughly the options and medicine provided.
