Have always had great experience with this clinic be it my dog or my kittens. There's a constant reminder for every appointment and follow ups of our little furballs to ensure they are alright. All staffs are friendly, genuine and kind. Highly recommended even though last minute bookings are unlikely to get you any slot.
Our cat has been under the care of Dr Joanna and Dr Kenneth for few years now, probably 5 or even 6 years. Really do appreciate the professionalism displayed by both vets as well as vet nurses/assistants to deal with our feisty feline. Their patience in conducting physical checks, explanation of findings or advice, and administration of vaccination always makes my wife and I feel reassured that our feline is in good hands..
Very helpful and friendly nurses and doctors. Make me understand what's wrong with my cat and and put me at ease. And of course the welcoming Chase who wants to make friends with everyone. Such a cutie!!
