Took my dog to the vet after she was stung by a bee. Despite having no appointment and having many clients waiting, Dr Lauw and the team there were quick to respond immediately and tend to my dog. They were extremely professional and reassuring with regard to my case. Had the pleasure of owning a few dogs and have been to a few vets in Singapore and can say that this is the best animal and pet clinic I’ve seen. Thank you!.
We’ve been seeing Dr Soh for acupuncture treatment ever since Oreo had a bad health scare some time ago. The weekly sessions and care from Dr Soh and the lovely staff from Animal Ark, have been instrumental in helping Oreo regain and maintain mobility in his hind legs. He’s now as happy and healthy as a 13 year old can be!.
The vet & the team are very friend. The vet is so gentle towards my baby Tia. As Mama to 5 little angel, I'm a bit emotional when she need to be microchip as I just dun want my baby to get sick or pain during microchip. But I am at ease when the vet explain to me the process and it a few seconds it's done. Thank u everyone.
