It was one of the most amazing dining experiences I have had! It was an honour to be at Chef Joyce’s kitchen, being served with all the exquisitely prepared dishes and learning about her philosophies of cooking and life. Chef Joyce thoughtfully designed all the dishes that were executed with tremendous culinary skill and passion. All the ingredients were carefully sourced and effortfully prepared for uniquely handcrafted quality and taste. It was such a superb and wonderful meal! I will definitely go back!
Yo! So, we had this bomb Vemakase experience. Every dish was insanely delicious. I couldn't believe how good plant-based food can be, even without extra salt, oil, or sugar. Chef Joyce is super friendly too. If you're up for trying something new and tasty, you gotta give it a shot. It's totally worth it. We'll definitely be back to try their Ala carte options.
Had the Vemakase which featured many different courses that were not only vegan, but also salt-free, sugar-free and msg-free as well. Chef Joyce did an amazing job of using natural ingredients to bring out the flavours in her food, and there wasn't a single dish that did not disappoint. Throughout the meal, we learnt a lot about her sustainability efforts, and enjoyed the company of Momo as well. Would highly recommend this even to non-vegans!
