I had been struggling with eczema flare-ups for about a year and was frequently prescribed steroids, but they didn’t provide lasting relief. Seeking an alternative, I decided to try TCM. Dr. Joy has been incredibly kind and patient, addressing all my concerns as a first-time TCM user. She thoughtfully accommodated my request for plant-based medication only, which I deeply appreciate. This is my first time consulting a female TCM physician. I seeked treatment to relieve pain on the front of both shoulders. Joy did acupuncture, scraping and cupping. Joy's soft spoken nature helped to ease the treatment procedures. She is also thoughtful to cover my back with a towel while I waited for the cupping to end. I have booked a follow-up session in 2 weeks' time.

Went to Joy with a severe back pain and was treated with acupuncture, guasha and cupping. Instantly after the treatment I could feel some relief of pain, and it was almost 60% gone by the following day. During the consultation, Joy was also patient and willing to listen. Overall a good experience!
