I'm not sure why the ratings are so low, their service is not the fastest but is responsive and sincere. The physicians here are mostly knowledgeable and I found my health improving upon the visits.
Very pleasant experience as a first timer doing acupuncture. Thanks to Dr Sim Ann Ling, she's so patient and nice, she made sure I was feeling OK the entire time. For that I'll definitely go back to see her again.
