Came to their online site because they had a product in stock, which was nearly sold out everywhere worldwide. I contacted the support on their facebook page .via Messenger for some details & more, and the online support from them was so helpful and kind, I felt really comfortable the whole time. As for the in-store experience directly, I can't give feedback, as I had the contact only online (I'm from germany) - but for the other part it was brilliant. I highly recommend their online Support (especially on Facebook), thanks a lot.
