Came to their online site because they had a product in stock, which was nearly sold out everywhere worldwide. I contacted the support on their facebook page .via Messenger for some details & more, and the online support from them was so helpful and kind, I felt really comfortable the whole time. As for the in-store experience directly, I can't give feedback, as I had the contact only online (I'm from germany) - but for the other part it was brilliant. I highly recommend their online Support (especially on Facebook), thanks a lot!

Went down to PlayE this afternoon to do some last minute xmas shopping. I've been trying to get my nephews some Pokemon cards, and the staffs are friendly and patient enough to offer assistance and explanation. Managed to select the correct decks, thanks for the pleasant shopping experience

I received my order by the time they promised. At first there was some communication issue but all went well. Thank you so much for fulfiling the order.

Price is cheap. Jacky service is Perfect ! Got a wide range of toys, for different age group. Jacky gave good recommendations. Will come back to buy from him again, soon.

Found them on carousel. They sell many toys and Jacky, the man who attended to me was very friendly and informative.
