"Thomson Nature Park covers about 50 hectares in size aimed at conserving the area's biodiversity. The Nature Park is the 7th nature park in Singapore. The park was developed on the former site of Hainan Village. Thomson Nature Park features five trails spanning 3.8 km. The trails pass through extensive forest areas. Visitors can also explore the remains of Hainan Village and see several species of Ficus, Angsana, and common Pulai. The park is also a key conservation site for the critically endangered Raffles’ Banded Langur. Thomson Nature Park also has a freshwater habitat, and visitors can observe the great diversity of ferns and aquatic animals present.
