Needed storage space urgently. Completed the online quotation and Jaydon responded almost immediately. Went to the ExtraSpace Toa Payoh. Jaydon personally showed the suggested unit and prepared all the necessary documents. Jaydon is very professional and friendly. Ready to move my stuff within half an hour. Highly recommend his services if you require 'extra' storage space.
Received good customer service from Vincent @ Extra Space Toa Payoh.. he is knowledgeable in his work & gave us the right space that we need. He explained to us in detail on the terms & conditions, & did not do any hard selling. Appreciate his patience & service rendered, and we do recommend this storage space here.
Had a pleasant experience. Apologies for coming 10 to 15 minutes late for my appointment, but the staff were being so helpful and friendly. They patiently showed me around the different rooms and helped assist me with several transactions. Would recommend my friends to come here.
