Needed storage space urgently. Completed the online quotation and Jaydon responded almost immediately. Went to the ExtraSpace Toa Payoh. Jaydon personally showed the suggested unit and prepared all the necessary documents. Jaydon is very professional and friendly. Ready to move my stuff within half an hour. Highly recommend his services if you require 'extra' storage space :-)

Really appreciated the excellent customer service and the value for money on the pricing. We managed to rent a large space for a good price which meant that we had ease of mind despite our renovation overrunning by a month. The monthly rental top ups were easy to pay via the Extra Space app as well which also provided some vouchers to help save a little bit more off the cost. Very friendly and helpful staff! They are always responsive to my queries. The space is clean and tidy too. Even the units without aircon are good cause there are fans. Price is reasonable
