Very good experience with Clement and Janna from Storhub Toa Payoh who handled my signup. Janna was very helpful to show me various options for my storage needs, and helped me keep tabs on a better sized unit that was moving out soon. Clement was very professional during sign up, very knowledgeable on parking, security, logistics, insurance and risks,, all paperwork etc. Very glad I had their support to find the right unit. Thanks team!

Pauline was very patient and friendly. Both times I came down without appointment and she was really nice to meet me during her lunch time. She also understood my needs and was very detailed and explained well. Will definitely recommend storhub and Pauline services to my friends! :)

The customer service provided by Jason was professional and excellent. I had in mind the type of storage needed for my items. However, after a quick assessment by Jason, he was able to advise me on the space that I actually needed. There was no hard-sell by Jason. He simply took the time to show me the different storage options available for my requirements. I had a good experience signing up for my first storage service with Jason!

My experience there has been really pleasant and the services there was probably one of the friendliest one so far. I would like to thank Jaydon in helping with my enquires and other misc stuff that I needed to settle on the spot. I really it appreciate so much :)
