Our family booked a KTV room at Jewel Music Box (SAFRA Jurong) last Saturday to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and we had an amazing time thanks to the exceptional service from Ah Sheng and the staff! Ah Sheng was incredibly helpful and attentive to all our requests, ensuring everything went perfectly for our celebration. My mother’s friends (a fun group of seniors!) were thrilled with the experience. We also appreciate the staff who kindly gave us a spare candle when we forgot ours.
