Had a great experience with Pizza Hut today. I had ordered food for delivery - however due to unfortunate circumstances it was delayed. What I really appreciated was the fact that they called me, explained the situation and sounded sincerely apologetic. They discounted the order as well. Overall, it was a goo experience and I appreciate the way they handled the whole situation.
Rashid the manager is amazing. I was at my wits end with my order and came here. He is fast, patient and went the extra mile to help my order. I would like to express my Thanks to him and his team. Keep It UP.
