Lorrian provides a personal service and is professional throughout my sessions with her. She is incredibly approachable which definitely made me comfortable and more positive about my progression. She is also comprehensive in all her explanations. Also, I’m really impressed with the way my problem (lower back pain) is analysed and how personalised the exercises are tailored to one’s needs.
