I had Ankle (ATFL) surgery earlier this year and was recommended to Phoenix Rehab. My physio was Sharmala and she is legit amazing! After 2-3 sessions, she recognised that I was doing most of the work at home so she tweaked each session to focus on mobility first then muscle recovery on specific muscles around the ankle (calf, achilles, plantar, etc). She worked well with my surgeon in terms of recommending solutions to problematic muscles and she ensured that at-home exercises were modified each week depending on my rate of recovery. She has a really cheerful and positive personality and I can't recommend her highly enough. The front desk staff at the novena branch are also very courteous, bright and chirpy!.
