Milestone Physiotherapy Katong

I visited this physiotherapy center due to a stiff neck that lasted for two weeks, and I’m very happy with the results. The physiotherapist Ji Long provided excellent treatment, and my issue was fully resolved after just three sessions. The combination of massage, electrical stimulation, and guided neck exercises was very effective. He was professional, patient, and explained clearly how the exercises would help with recovery. Highly recommended for anyone looking for effective and reliable physiotherapy treatment.

I saw Claire after having hip replacement surgery and I genuinely don’t know what I would have done without her. She was kind, supportive, patient and knowledgeable. She gave me the encouragement I needed and also clear guidance on which exercises to do each week to regain strength and confidence. She was a pleasure to work with and I can not recommend her highly enough.
