Had a great experience with the Mount Pleasant East Coast branch. They were highly service-oriented, patient with my overly excited puppy and was also very prompt in addressing my queries and concerns about my dog's condition. Follow up was swift too. Very professional clinic. Dr Sarah Wong was very calm and professional in her reviews with us. Highly Recommended!

Dr Audrey is a very experience vet who is patient in explaining to us about our little Mochi. Very professional and customer oriented, she knows how to alleviate our worries and help impart knowledge. Very friendly front desk as well. Can tell all are animal lovers! Great job team!

My puppy just underwent his sterilisation surgery here and had very good recovery, I was at ease with the details that our vet Dr Sarah has provided and she managed to perform the surgery smoothly given my pup has an undescended ball. I took their instructions and fed the meds accordingly. We have seen various vets at this place since we got our pup, I’m really happy with their professionalism here!

We have a new member after our beloved dog passed on 2 years ago. Without any other considerations, we brought in the new puppy for checkup. Couple of months later, we send the dog to be spayed. Dr G is a wonderful vet as she is a gentle, caring and understanding while Anna is always friendly and approachable. An animal will never lie. Their behavior speaks for themselves! My dog is always happy to go to the clinic. Wagging her tail to Dr G and Anna as if there is no tomorrow. We are grateful to the team (vets & staff) and happy to see fantastic and caring people at the clinic!

Dr Nic is extremely patient and professional in his job. We like that he cares for the animals and is very detailed. I trust him 100% with my sheltie, Rey.

Very competent doctors who are of course great with the pets and the staff are so caring that you have no qualms asking any kind of questions concerning your precious pets. Will definitely recommend
