Went to see Vanessa for my shoulder ache. And after being assessed, she deduced that it was me having poor engagement and activation of my shoulder blade muscles , resulting in sub-optimal control and positioning of my shoulder joint resulting in a click whenever I raise my left hand. Vanessa quickly identified the issue and prescribed activation exercises and stretches for the peck muscles which soothed and eventually eradicated my shoulder concern . Very thorough and professional of her.. I would highly recommend her services.
The physiotherapists I was assigned to for the past year, Vanessa and Sook Fun, are both very reliable and caring, always putting my best interest at heart and exploring different ways to best improve my condition.
Sook Fun is a kind and nice lady. She has been very patience with Austen on his back strain. After few sessions he has fully recovered. Thank you so much.
