The physios here help me through one of the toughest times after I tore my ACL. As some one who works out quite a bit, Darek and team were very meticulous with the recovery programme, to make sure everything that would help recovery and advice to preventing reinjury was covered at the right pace to adjust to my body's response. Would highly recommend anyone who needs advice especially for sports therapy to book an appointment w them.

Super happy with the sessions at BMJ. My physiotherapist Vanessa was super patient and very accommodating to my questions. She helped me journey from managing my knee discomfort to overall strengthening my lower body so I can reach my fitness goals. Through my sessions Vanessa equipped me with exercises I can do at home and at the gym to help manage my knee discomfort. I would definitely recommend my loved ones if they require any physiotherapy
