I rushed to this Watson’s outlet urgently looking for an ART test kit because of work commitments and unluckily this customer in front of me in the queue bought all the remaining test kits in the shop. A very kind staff named Azhari saw that I was in such a panic and he offered me his personal ART test kit and didn’t want to accept payment from me. Thanks to Mr Azhari’s thoughtful gesture, I was able to meet my work requirement for an ART test submission and I am so grateful! Would definitely come back here and make this my go-to pharmacy in the future. Thank you!

The lady in black (21st Nov, evening) at the cashier was really nice and helpful, and suggested ways for more cash savings. She also helped to process my transaction quickly as I was in a rush. Really appreciate it, thank you!

Excellent service from staff Helena who assisted in finding 10 elastic bandage. Clearly it was not her role as a pharmacist but she went out of the way to find me 10 rolls. A little gesture goes a long way. Much appreciated.
