I am super impressed by the service of the pharmacist of this Watsons outlet, Helena. She is so warm, kind and very helpful in helping me with a product. She even gave me free samples to try for my acne issue. I sense a genuine care and concern from her which is such a rare attribute now for a person in the service line. Excellent service from staff Helena who assisted in finding 10 elastic bandage. Clearly it was not her role as a pharmacist but she went out of the way to find me 10 rolls. A little gesture goes a long way. Much appreciated.
The lady in black at the cashier was really nice and helpful, and suggested ways for more cash savings. She also helped to process my transaction quickly as I was in a rush. Really appreciate it, thank you!.
