NHG Pharmacy

I don't see any reason for the low ratings. I ordered online and collected in person. Yes, it is a pain to get there before 5 something pm. But all places have operating hours and the retail pharmacy here has hours till 5 whatever. I ordered late at night. Next day, the item was available for collection. I got to the building and everyone was friendly. They directed me to the retail pharmacy. I collected my order in a few minutes and left. Sure, it wasn't some experience I will remember for a lifetime. But it was exactly what going to Watsons or Guardian would be like, except for the fact that the pharmacy had limited hours. In my case, that was ok because I got my device for about $50 less than what their competitors were selling at.

Staff was helpful, but unlike the online site that state what they have, when I went down in person they say they do not carry it. Not sure whether the online store and physical store have a big inventory difference. Nonetheless, they do have alternatives for the problem that I had. It is hard to find a store that had medical supply so I hope there will be continuous support to it.

Both the pharmacists and staff at the retail section are helpful and knowledgeable. Common OTC items are well organized and affordably priced. Certain items like the irrigation solution, Biatain foam dressing & etc, are slightly cheaper than those sold at well-known pharmacies or even restructured hospitals. Major credit cards accepted.
