Unity Pasir Ris

Jenny the counter staff at Unity Whitesands is very friendly and provides good service. Not many staff would take the initiative to ask their customers if they have certain membership cards to get discounts and points.

Speaking from personal experience and observation, the staff here are really friendly and goes the extra mile. A good place to shop as they have good promotions here sometimes.

Was at the unity White Sands 16th jan 2026. Approached Pharmacist for medication. He was so engrossed on the phone. Didn’t look up , just replied sorry out of stock’. I asked can you check it other outlets have it. Replied no very abruptly and face hurried in the phone still. I then went to Pasir Ris mall . Kind elderly pharmacist checked and told me to go to Tampines Mall unity. I came 17/1/26. The lazy slob pharmacist that was in White Sands mall was at Tampines today. I approached him , he said no and continued on the phone . No eye contact. I said but Pasir Ris mall said there is stock here. Please check. Then he replied ‘oh ya got got ‘. No apology. Just handed me the tablet took my ic and continued on the phone. It’s not a cheap tablet. Forget about service but respect at least a customer deserves. - Catherine Reply
