So grateful as a first time doggo owner. Appreciate that they import from reliable breeders with DNA checked dog parents. The puppy had a full exam by a vet in Australia before leaving for Singapore. From advice on pet breed selection to post-sales service, it's top notch. Happy, healthy puppy. Suggest that if you find a puppy you like online to just book an appointment and reserve sooner than later. I narrowed down to two potential puppies. Went the next working day and the dog #2 was picked up by a happy family who paid in full whilst I was still viewing my #1 choice. Special kudos to Doris for all the help.

We got our 3 month old (now going 4 month) Asha from here. The entire place is very clear, I can tell that they take good care of the pups. Honestly best dog ever! She is super friendly and very tolerant of us. The staff gave an amazing service as well. They replied to my text even at night time. Since I am a first time dog owner, I had a lot of questions and they where happy to share all the knowledge they know. I still text them about some stuff 1 month after buying and they still help me out as best as they can! Highly recommend shop and their dogs are the best! Thanks again guys! Appreciate all your helps so far.

Excellent service and friendly. My dog always feels very happy and comfortable at this place. He always looks forward to his grooming sessions at The Lovely Pets and we always feel assured leaving him there in their professional hands.
