The Fluffy Hut

We engaged The Fluffy Hut to care for our pet hammie whenever we went for family vacations. The team provided loving care every time. Our hammie always came back healthy and happy. During the recent stay, our hammie passed away due to old age. Private cremation was arranged at our request. The service had been flawless. We could not have found a better caregiver than The Fluffy Hut. Special thanks to Rachel and Adrian for being so responsive and attentive to our needs.

Highly recommended for their boarding service. First time leaving my Chinchilla in someone’s care and I’m satisfied with everything, from booking to check-out. Their staff are friendly too. Surprisingly my Chinchilla left the place with fluffy and smooth fur unlike when at home haha.

Went overseas last month and i put my bunnies with Fluffy Hut. Staff were super friendly and gentle with my bunnies. This put my mind at ease knowing my bunnies will be well taken care of. Place was very clean and hygienic as well. Very highly recommended and this will now be my go to boarding place whenever i travel.
