I was trying to get some cat basic essentials because I plan to adopt a kitten/ cat soon and their staff Lat Kai was very friendly and knowledgeable about animal care. I managed to get most of the things needed for it, he was very helpful in assisting me through the store to get what I needed. Thank you for the wonderful service and experience.

The staff Lit Leong at lot one is very helpful and a very honest staff, i left my card at the counter and i came back and thankfully got returned to me. I appreciate the kind gestures and how you handle the customers. Well done and keep it up, thank you Lit Leong.

All staff are helpful and polite! The store could use a bigger space or better space management.. the aisles can be cramped. Nevertheless, it's my go-to for pet items like ear cleaners, shampoo, food, treats and toys.
