Pet's Lagoon

I boarded my dog Pitou with Pet’s Lagoon for 5 months because I was working overseas. Pet’s Lagoon is the only hotel that I could completely relax and trust to take care of Pitou. They truly love and care for every single pet. Not only did Pet’s Lagoon took ultimate care of Pitou while I was away, they gave me multiple discounts for Pitou’s stay. They waived off grooming charges, and gave me a big discount for boarding Pitou over a long period of time. I’m really very grateful towards Nikki of Pet’s Lagoon for taking care of Pitou and loving him while I was away.

Our 4 years old pet do Milo had his 1st staycation...It was a VERY GOOD experience stay with Kirby and her family. Milo is well taken care. The place is clean and big for him to run around. Milo felt so at home that he did not show any separation anxiety at all. Pets with Kirby were allowed to hang around on the bed too...which Milo loved to do that at home too... Kirby understands pet owners will miss our pets....So she will send photos and videos our Milo everyday to us...We look forward to her updates everyday... We strongly recommend for you to place your pet with Kirby...She is a very experience and caring dog sitter.

Groomer is really sweet and attentive. They remembered feedback given from last visit and cater to what customer is looking for in terms of styling of the cut. Overall, great experience!
