It was a pleasure to discover PetVilla Grooming Svc with transportation service and reasonable pricing. Amanda was exceptionally responsive and efficiently arranged a grooming session for me. I am very pleased with the updates and advice I received during the session. Furthermore, I must say that my little one's fur was styled exactly as requested, and he smells delightful after his grooming session. I will certainly be happy to send Lucky back to Amanda for his future grooming needs.
We tried Pet Villa's full grooming services once and also boarded Ollie last minute with them. Super appreciative of Amanda for helping out on the boarding stay. Her turnaround was fast. We were sent updates, photos and videos throughout Ollie's six nights-stay. Amanda also threw in a complimentary shower during the stay. Can see that he was having his own vacation fun and certainly didn't miss us at all.
Just before CNY, I sent my dog for grooming, and the groomer did an amazing job! My dog came back looking fantastic and seemed very comfortable. Great attention to detail and care. Highly recommend.
