Impeccable customer service by the staff at Hillion’s mall! I went to the branch at Lot One Shopping Mall but staff is not keen to take the extra step to check if Hillion’s branch has stock for the dog food that I’m looking for, asked me to call Hillion’s branch myself to check. I’m glad I called Hillion’s branch. The staff took a while to check on their stock and told me that they have the dog food I’m looking for. They even asked if I would like to reserve it for collection on the same day. This is what I call good service!!! Keep up the good effort

This is a place to buy bird related items, including fish related items too, service is great at this place, the prices are not jacked up, the shop is very clean, quality of items are just excellent. I totally recommend this place to people who want to get items for their pet love birds!
