The staff there is friendly and helpful even they’re busy checking and putting their stocks. Once you entered in their shop, they greet you and says thank you even you just drop by to see the pets that their selling and never buy anything. The shop is cleaned and tidy although its small. The cages of their pets are all cleaned and has available food and water while the tank of their fish is also cleaned.
Whenever we step in the store, we are greeted with very warm welcome, the staff had make the initiative to bring the items over to their shop.. and even inform us whenever there is new promotions. Good job!

They did so well with my maltese x and my friend's skittish singapore special. You can tell they really care about the dog's well being.
I’ve used both the daycare and grooming services at Ruff Cuts, and had a great experience each time! Jupiter is skittish with new people and places, but he quickly warmed up under their care. On top of that, Michelle, Maya and Zen (hope I got your names right!) go above and beyond to accommodate our schedule and needs, including patiently waiting for me past closing time when the train was delayed, and taking Jups on even when I book daycare at the last minute. He always has a great time there, would recommend to anyone!
I will give them more than 5 stars anytime - I'm so glad I found them. Christine does a fantasy job with my Singapore Special who is wary of humans as he was abused before by previous owner. Not only is she good with him, she gave us tips on how to manage and train him. I see a good bond being built and my dog is no longer unwilling and struggling to go for his grooming session. Christine will also sometimes send us photos of the grooming session and we appreciate that. Thank you Ruff Cuts!
