I have been a loyal customer of Bob and Lou since it started as a home based business and my Shih Tzu has never looked better getting its fur trimmed and shaped by the skilled hands and sharp eyes of Fiona, the lady boss. Fiona is warm and friendly and never fails to give advice on what are the latest styles for my doggo. Also, with a spacious set, he gets to run around or chill and relax before I pick him up to go home, which is fantastic.

She’s groomed both my mini schnauzers Moses and Max and has always done such a fantastic job.
