My dog HATES cutting her nails. Many groomers have complained and tried to charge me more as Bean would whine and struggle. Pearls does it in less than 15mins and Bean did not even whine once though the entire process. I was so shocked and impressed!! Definitely 5 stars.
Collected my online purchase and the aunty is very kind. She has an elderly dog and cat and is very patient when I asked about treats for my fussy dog. The place is clean and pleasant.
