The staff at OLO is very passionate towards pet. They will go extra mile to share with pet owners on the pet behaviour and give good advice. Agnes at Lavender is an outstanding person and professional. Maxl, 10 yr old Maltese, is taken lovingly and patiently care of, grooming and washing, nails, etc. The team and Agnes do not rush it so Maxl is always quite relaxed and very happy when he gets picked up. This is compassionate , consistent, and loving care at fair price. The packages are great. Best we ever had. Feels like family by now. Plus she is outstanding at her profession and exceedingly kind. Great team and Agnes is The Best.
