Happy with the grooming of my 6 months puppy with matted fur. He is very squirmy and fidgety making it difficult to groom. Had tried other groomer but unable to get full grooming for him. I was worried that he would all be shaved because of the matt, but they managed to take out the matting while working out something that makes him look even cuter. He went home without too much stress and goes back to his usual self in only 2 hours. Previously he was sulking the whole day after grooming. The service exceeds my expectations.

My cat Lucky is a very shy boy. However, the groomer made him feel very calm and comfortable. Lucky had his nails trimmed to perfection in no time. Friendly staff who has lots of love, patience and passion for the fur babies. Extremely satisfied with the service.
