I will like to thank Ling Ling for her very prompt and detailed responses to my email enquiries! Really appreciate her helpful suggestions on my balloon order as well as advice on taking care of foil balloons. It will be even better if they are open for Sunday events, so that balloons can be collected/delivered in the same day for best condition.

Despite a very last minute order, literally made the orders outside their office and informed them of our orders, the staff acknowledged and able to fulfilled our orders. Awesome service and fantastic products. Strongly recommended.
