Superb service from Joscelin. She is patient & helpful when I re-visit the shop again due to the discomfort I faced after making my new pair of spectacle. As my prescription required "special" adjustment, she was patient in trying to find the cause of the problem for me. After re-adjusting, she makes sure that I leave the shop feeling comfort in the new lenses. I went back to her to restock my contact lenses. She would listen to my preferences/fussiness in contact lenses, she recommended me few brands to go for & even gave me few trial lenses to try out the compatibility & comfort. Recommended shop to go! *thumbs up*.

Excellent service by Joscelyn! This is my second time at this optical shop, it has always been good friendly service. No pushy service staff – just good old fashioned advice telling me what's wrong, whether or not I should go for certain type of glasses, the pros and cons.
