Staff were friendly and very patient as we went around trying half the spectacles in the shop. Not intrusive but helpful , and eye test was done very professionally without rushing, unlike my experiences with other chains which shall remain unnamed. Great teamwork!
Customer friendly and you can enjoy the glasses for testing and also has many other feature to look forward too! It sells the honeycomb lens for a better vision which is much much sharper than any other lens.
The 2 consultants named Ms Loh and Mr Kaisheng service was excellent. I am on budget. Mr KaiSheng help me choose a similiar one and even Spectacles frame that I like so much. And they are reasonable price. And Ms Loh examine my eye sight at my most comfort though U was on wheelchair. Highly recommended retail shop. - Annabelmarie L
