Relax and calm vibes when first stepped into the shop. Greeted with happy staffs ready to serve! I’m not seeking for cheapest nor best deals around but just a simplicity mind of looking for great customer service. They nailed it Really made my day! Happy customer! Will be back for my Oakley Jawbreaker soon! Great pricing! Tidy & Clean Layout! Most of all, passionate staffs!
Visited this place though I stay in the west as I needed a pair of glasses made urgently and I want to support family opticians. Came back twice for adjustments due to my own fickle minded-ness. They were very accommodating and knowledgable. I offered to pay for the second adjustment and guy who I think is the boss refused repeatedly. Will be back again even though it is a 20 minute drive. Haha!.
I’ve made about half a dozen pairs of glasses with them to date and I must say o am very pleased with the quality of both products and services.
