I first visited Otago Optical 7 months ago and left a stellar review. After breaking my old pair, I returned to their newest location and felt compelled to update my review with more detail because Timothy’s service is truly exceptional. He is incredibly nice, friendly, and extremely helpful! Timothy patiently explained the details of my eyesight, provided additional knowledge, and even sent me supporting links. The shop has a wide selection of eyewear that is also very affordable compared to most. Their website offers lots of helpful tips on nearby parking too. It’s obvious that Timothy genuinely thinks about his customers needs and deserves all the business. I will definitely return in the future if I need a new pair. :) Thank you so much Timothy, much appreciated!!!.

Five stars for service from Tim., very friendly and helpful. He took care of measuring in detail when taking the measurement for prescription. My specs work so well, I didn’t need time to adjust for these progressive lenses. amazing. Very happy with the new pair of glasses.

Super friendly, nice and honest boss that gives good advice in getting which glasses/lens and doesn't hard sell. telling you what you truly need, already plan to come back and make new sunglasses w them :).
