During my visit, my initial plan was to find out more abt the performance of Essilor lenses. Had a discussion with Mr Roy. Had many questions and doubts answered. He is very proffessional and knowledgeable. He probe on my difficuilties I faced with my present prescription glasses and the need and my expectation for my new one He very patiently explained with the aid of visual aids on the different lenses and their benefits. The eye test was done very dilligently. I received my new pair of prescription glasses 3 days ealier from date comitted Very happy with the services Thank you.

Got my glasses here like 3 years ago. Always feel dizzy wearing the spec when I made it at other shop. This spec was ok so far except for my frame which finally broke beyond repair while I have work to do next day. I went to the shop at around 7:25pm. They helped me get another frame to match with my lens and made adjustments accordingly pretty fast and completed everything by 7:35pm. Always helpful and efficient to address my problems. Positive experiences from all my visits.

Had my glasses break on a trip to Singapore and needed an early fix. They were open early and got the job done quick. Highly appreciate it.
