The staff were very welcoming and kind. One of the staff, a lady dressed in black (so sorry for not catching your name!), was thorough in her explanations and gave us several options to choose from. We very much appreciate her patience too as we deliberated over the choices. It's not our first time here and I'm happy to share that the staff have been very consistent in their service and product quality. :) Will come again.
