Had such a great experience here today. The staff were friendly, generous with their time, and genuinely patient and knowledgeable—no pushiness at all, just refreshingly helpful guidance. I initially came in to find glasses for my daughter, and ended up getting a pair for myself as well. What really impressed me was how fast everything was: our customised orders were ready in about 30 minutes. Also appreciated the humour and banter—it made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be telling family and friends.
