I am happy to write this review regarding Mr. Wong's excellent service on the many occasions that I have visited his shop. Mr. Wong is a very courteous person. He makes customers feel welcome and at ease. His pricing is very competitive, his product knowledge is superior, and his recommendations are always well-thought-out and insightful. I have since recommended many friends and family to his store, and the feedback has consistently been positive. I strongly encourage a favorable assessment of his job performance and anticipate hearing about his continued success in this trade.

James and Venus were exceptional not only in their service but also in their warm and positive attitude. After I shared the urgency of receiving my glasses, they took the initiative to fast-track the lenses, allowing them to be completed much sooner than expected. I’m sincerely grateful for their help and the fantastic experience.

Bought a pair of spectacles from them over a year ago and recently went back to check my vision. James and his colleagues Sam and Wong are always on hand to advise accordingly. They are always very friendly each time I went back for any adjustments. Great experience with the shop.
