O+ EYEWEAR DESIGNER DOWNTOWN

I was in the market for a designer frame and stumbled upon this boutique completely by chance, while walking down the street. The moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for a treat! The value here is hard to beat. This brand punches far above its weight class. I frequently get remarks from opticians abroad about the intricate craftsmanship of the O+ frames. These eyeglasses could easily pass for a top luxury brand, but with a much more affordable price tag. Unbeknownst to others, it brings me great pleasure to wear spectacles designed by an independent company from Singapore, rather than a generic brand. For reference, the piece I own is the Watts frame. It features both acetate and metal components, which itself demonstrates impressive expertise. O+ provides a choice of lens manufacturers. The leather cases also get periodic updates, so you have options depending on what's in stock. If unsure about anything, just pop into the shop for a chat. The customer service here is impeccable. These craftsmen really honour their trade. O+ is a great story to be a part of!

Old age has sunk yet another of her cruel claws in me in the form of long sightedness. This was confirmed after the highly skilled technicians there enthusiastically used several humming and whirring contraptions to variously prod and analyse my seeing marbles. Kudos to both Richard Boo and Sharon Tok for expertly walking me through this...explaining with a smile why humans age but how to make it better with a new pair of their glasses. Was suitably upsold into spending a pretty penny but left the shop feeling younger and with a clearer vision of life. I seldom bother to write reviews but am really happy with my glasses from this shop. The service was excellent and the staff helped me choose the frame that was exactly the right fit for my face. Hope it will last a long time! (My previous glasses were also from this shop and the staff were always willing to help readjust the fit whenever it got bent out of shape.
