I’ve been to so many optical shops, made so many pairs of glasses and every time I still felt like something was wrong and my eyes were still strained. Decided to try after reading some reviews about the thorough testing they do and true enough, Mr Ong tested my eyes vigorously. Definitely the longest vision test I’ve sat through (about an hour) and Mr Ong was very patient and kind - listened to the problems i described and tested to show me what I have too. He tried his best to explain and answer all my questions to help me understand too which is super helpful with my complicated vision. The staff was very helpful too with recommending frames. 10/10 would recommend for anyone feeling like they need to know more!.

Very professional and detail eye check. The team were very patience and kind. Spending long time finding me the best fit of glasses and contact lens as my eyes were very sensitive and challenging. Overall, a great experience and brought my daughter there too, Highly recommended.

Very satisfied with the service. Was there only to get my prescription taken, the staff was very friendly, got everything I needed done quickly and offered me some good advice afterward too.
