I’ve been to so many optical shops, made so many pairs of glasses and every time I still felt like something was wrong and my eyes were still strained. Decided to try after reading some reviews about the thorough testing they do and true enough, Mr Ong tested my eyes vigorously. Definitely the longest vision test I’ve sat through (about an hour) and Mr Ong was very patient and kind - listened to the problems i described and tested to show me what I have too. He tried his best to explain and answer all my questions to help me understand too which is super helpful with my complicated vision. The staff was very helpful too with recommending frames. 10/10 would recommend for anyone feeling like they need to know more!

I've just gotten a new pair as I lost my previous pair . Pun and Samantha did a fantastic job as they listened to my wants and needs. While Samantha took time to check and test my eyes, she was very detailed. She was able to pick up some issues with them. Pun also helped to pick out a new pair after a couple of tries. This will be my fourth pair with this shop. It was super light and comfortable to wear, which I liked. There's also a safety feature with this lens too - no screws on this frame. You can also attach sunshades, instead of clip-ons. Overall, the experience is super good! I would definitely come back again.

Very professional and detail eye check. The team were very patience and kind. Spending long time finding me the best fit of glasses and contact lens as my eyes were very sensitive and challenging. Overall, a great experience and brought my daughter there too, Highly recommended.
