Made a SOS call to them, as one side of my contact lenses fell off due to dry eyes, and they picked up the phone very quickly and assisted with my queries! Went down and did an eye test. The optometrist was really helpful and even let me try on trial lenses to make sure the colour was to my liking and most importantly, ensuring the fit was great before i left. Really recommend this place.
Denyce has been amazing in helping me out (never worn contacts before), very patient and informative. Really appreciate her allowing me to sample different brands and getting the right fit for me. 10/10 experience, thanks Denyce!.
