Staff on site was super nice and friendly!!! i went to get some anti slip grips for my glasses but she took it a step further to help me put it on and clean my glasses! furthermore, i didn't notice my glasses had a screw missing and she offered to help me screw it back on! thank you so much for the help and the super friendly service!!

I came to this shop to get a replacement screw for my specs (not bought from here) and the owner was nice enough to replace it at zero cost. He had to remove the thread that I used to temporarily put the frame in place and it was not an easy task, so I really appreciate it. Thank you

The staff is super friendly and helpful! I recently got a new pair of specs and they were too tight. The friendly staff assisted me in loosening my specs. Kudos to great customer service!
