Kai Joo Optical

Was having issues purchasing via online so I contacted Kai Joo @ HG Mall via whatsapp as I have been purchasing my contact lenses from this branch for a couple of years. Got a response back pretty quickly and I was served by the friendly optometrist Shin Yi when I came over to select my lenses since I was around the area. Long story short, I managed to get my lenses and would definitely come back again. The wait time for the delivery was reasonable and was kept updated on the delivery via whatsapp. Awesome customer service! :)

Both ladies were friendly and always welcome me. Had been buying spectacles and contact lenses from this shop for at least 5 years. The staff there are always patience and check my eyes carefully to determine the correct degree for me. Keep up the good work!

Has been getting my contact lenses from them for the past few years. Reliable, efficient and always friendly. Price is relatively cheaper than other shops too. Recommended!
