We visited this store seeking help after purchasing two pairs of glasses from a nearby shop that caused dizziness and discomfort making them unwearable.. The staff member who assisted us (unfortunately, I didn’t get his name) was incredibly knowledgeable. After listening carefully to our concerns, he explained the issue with our previous lenses in detail. We decided to replace the lenses here, and upon collection, the difference was remarkable. The new high-definition lenses provided clear, comfortable vision—a huge improvement over our past experience elsewhere. We’re thrilled to have found such a skilled and trustworthy optician. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely return.

Brought my mum to Allen for an eye exam and new glasses. From start to finish, Allen was incredibly professional, patient, and kind. Service is excellent, Allen has a very deep knowledge of spectacle lenses and eye conditions. We went to many other optical stores but have never been able to rectify the double vision I have been going thru. He managed to resolved my double vision which have been troubling me for many years. He is patient, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back and also recommend others who in need to Allen. Keep up the good work, thumbs up.
