Better Vision VivoCity

Went to Bettervision Vivo as I needed a pair of glasses made immediately to replace a currently broken pair. Mei Wen was observant and before I said anything, informed me of the usual time taken to make a pair. She creatively solved my problem by searching for a frame which fit my old lenses. I decided to make additional purchases on top of the frame as she displayed excellent service and skills. Highly recommend!.

Very helpful and accommodating - I brought my specs for a quick fix because I accidentally sat on it. They help aligned it for free! Thanks for the wonderful service!!.

Went down to vivo branch and asked for help to fix a nose pad. Staff Mei Wen was super helpful to action on it quickly although she was on her lunch break.
