Very professional. I went to them looking for contact lens after my eyesight worsened after several years post-lasik. They conducted several tests and advised that I should search for another brand (which they specified) because the other brand has a range that better suits my needs due to the effects of the lasik done. I am impressed with OWNDAYS’ dedication to giving the best advice even if it means a loss for their business. This makes me feel safe and I would definitely trust them for my optical needs.
Service was great, the staffs there provided detailed breakdown of everything we needed to know and were all very patient and friendly. Overall a great experience.
Excellent service , really nice designs and the entire transaction from selection to collection was seamless! Awesome.
