After a bad experience years ago that led to ingrown toenails on both big toes, I became extremely cautious about where I get my nails done. For years, I stayed loyal to one trusted nail technician who truly understood my nails — until she was recently transferred to an outlet all the way across the island. Out of convenience (and a little faith), I decided to give this humble neighbourhood nail salon a try after reading glowing reviews about Anna. I texted them and managed to get a slot within 20 minutes — thank God! Anna greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable right away. I explained my concerns and how I preferred my nails to be handled, and she listened attentively. After just my first visit, I’m genuinely impressed by her gentle care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be returning. Also, a quick note — the massage chairs were a nice touch and made the whole experience even more relaxing. Would be lovely if the outlet could consider slightly warmer lighting instead of the stark white LED lights, just to create a cozier vibe. Anna, thank you so much — I’m so glad I found you.

Went for pedicure for the first time and I was thoroughly impressed by the service! Got a good massage + scrub all in one service and I must say it was relaxing. Even the sofa chair had a massager on it! Place is clean and neat as well. Anna’s service was great, she was very nice and gentle. One thing I really liked was that she did not try to hard sell any packages, I definitely recommend this place and would come back here again.
